Years ago I met John and we had a very honest conversation on steps to become a homeowner, he was very straightforward I took his advice and was finally ready this year. John Botello has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. I actually met John through his associate Robert at an open house he was hosting a few years ago. I bought a house when I was young so when me and my wife would go to open houses, no one ever spoke to us or even tried to sell us the house just because we didn’t look like we could afford the house. Robert was the first realtor that took our info down and told us when you’re ready to sell or buy give me a call ill take care of you. Fast forward a few years later, we wanted to leave Long Beach and sell our home to be back in LA closer to our parents so we called Robert which introduced us to John to help with the sale since John specialized more out in our area and it was probably the greatest thing to happen to us. I give John a lot of props, because he sold my very difficult house. It was a great house, just required a very particular buyer. Along with the house being difficult to sell, he sold it during an economic downturn, a presidential election, changes in real estate commissions, and massive fluctuations in interest rates. Although the house took longer to sell, he worked hard every few weekends to host open houses and even do private showings at the very last minute. He fought to get us as much money as possible to help us buy our forever home in our future. John never hesitated to reach out to see if we needed help with anything. He always explained everything very clearly to me and would answer my calls 24/7 whenever I needed anything. On top of that, he even helped me replace my water heater and helped me and my wife move on our last day in the home. I cant fit into words how great of a realtor John is and on top of that a great human being. If you need a realtor, don’t hesitate to hire John, you wont regret it. We are currently looking to buy our forever home with John and would not trust anyone else. He genuinely has your best interests in mind and will fight for you to get the best deal in town.
