We just bought our first home and Katee was recommended to us by a friend and I would happily do the same to anyone needing a realtor. The whole process was very new and unkown to me, but I never felt in the dark as we navigated through it together. She has a lovely balance of being an understanding human while getting the job done when it's business time. She communicates efficiently while remaining kind. She's patient, determined, has a lot of knowledge and is a great realtor to have on your team!

Our builder said Katee was the only realtor to follow their guidelines for submitting an application for our new construction home. Over a dozen people showed interest but they didn't follow the builders guidelines thinking they didn't have a chance anyways. The number of applicants didn't deter Katee, she went after the house for us because we wanted it, and her effort paid off. We got the home we wanted and Katee got paid, and she was worth every penny. The market was frustrating but Katee kept a cool head and was always happy to see us. She held our hand through the process since we were new and she always made herself available to our questions and calls. I wasn't sure what to expect out of the experience, but Katee made it a really pleasant one. I'd highly recommend Katee to anybody looking for a home, especially in this tough market, she's good to have in your corner. Thank you, Katee!

Came into this process completely blind, as I am sure many first time buyers do. I happened to get Katee out of sheer luck and from the first conversation with her I felt comfortable. My wife and I did not make it easy for her because we were very particular in what we were looking for and where, however Katee stayed the course and kept in contact the entire time. She was an excellent partner during the purchase because every little thing that came up, she was right on top of things. Even some things that were definitely out of her job description.
