We found Alma after working with a different realtor who was not able to dedicate the time that was needed to find us a home. As a first-time home buyer, we weren’t sure what to expect from any real estate agent but when we made the switch to Alma, the difference was clear. As soon as we met Alma, we felt her cheerfulness and friendliness. She vowed to find us the home of our dreams… and she did! Because of the hectic market, we spent almost a full year looking for a home. During that time, Alma spent countless hours looking for listings and booking viewings that she thought we would be interested in. We looked at many homes and anytime we were interested, she would put together a complete offer packet. Alma is such a people- person, she had no problem reaching out to the seller’s agent to do what she could to get an interest in our offers. Yes, there were many offers… and at times we got discouraged. Alma was there keeping us motivated and assuring us she would find us the right home. Nothing could stop Alma from taking on the challenge. Alma is kind, caring and honest. She was always willing to take a call or respond to a text when we had questions. The service she provides is above and beyond all expectations! Alma will forever be “my” real estate agent, but more than that she has become a great friend to our family. We are about to settle into our new home, and we can’t wait for Alma to join us for the next holiday party or bbq because she made it all possible!
