After 2 &1/2 years of home searching and going through various different Real Estate Agents (6 to be exact), we finally bought a house, thanks to Ben Fisher. Though he was not our original Agent when we finally found the house we wanted-- Ben was the Sellers agent who also became our agent when he (superhero style) stepped in to literally save the day when the lender/agent firm representing us went out of business on our closing day. We had no agent or lender but still wanted the house. Ben could've easily canceled the transaction, but he's a solid good guy who decided to help us out. Ben stepped in and saved our deal, by also being our agent and finding us a new lender. Along with his amazing teammate Rosie, they helped us finally close on a house. Aside from being an incredible rockstar Agent, Ben's also a genuinely nice human being, and a stand up guy who delivers on his promise with integrity. We easily call him a friend.
