Mitra was amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We started working with her last month when we needed to find a new apartment. We were a little stressed out about the search, but Mitra really calmed our nerves down. She was patient and understanding and really made us feel like we were in good hands. When we found a place we wanted, Mitra negotiated a price for us, much better than what I would have been able to do. She was always attentive and had a true eye for detail. She helped us move through the process quickly and always showed up in person to walk us through the apartment. She made sure the apartment was fixed and ready for us to move in on our date. Working with her was delightful and I'm so glad that when we go to buy a house, she'll be there to help with that process too.
