What can I say, other than Mary is amazing! I'd actually been through an escrow process 5 years ago, with another realtor and felt uneasy about everything that happened so quickly, so I backed out - and thank goodness I did because there was untruthful business happening there. Now, working with Mary - my experience was totally different, night and day from the last one. She is quick but very communicative, and honest. She checked in with me constantly, and answered all my questions. Her team is efficient and thorough. With her help, I was able to land the perfect first home, in my budget, and was chosen out of 16 bidders! A dream come true! Thank you so much Mary, I'm forever grateful for you!

Mary is a great realtor. We tried someone else who wasn’t getting it done and saw a friend that worked with Mary so we gave her a try. Through working with Mary in this tough market found a great house and got a great deal that Mary was instrumental in helping negotiate. I really felt like she was on our side and pushed for a better price instead of just trying to make a sale. Her responsiveness was incredible as was her knowledge and follow through. She was also very informative and upfront in responding to our many questions as first time homebuyers both during and after closing. I will definitely use Mary again when buying or selling but thanks to the house we got I probably won’t need to!

As first time home buyers, Mary made the process very easy and pressure free. She doesn’t just care about finding you a house, she cares about finding you the RIGHT house. She genuinely listened to our comments and requests at each showing and applied them to future showing. She also gave us space to talk and flexibility. Communication is her strong point. Mary followed up during and after the process whether it was with us, the other realtor, or the mortgage company. I had to meet with the seller’s realtor to hand over some mail and he said Mary was a fierce negotiator and easy to work with. We bought a home outside of LA proper and she met us even weekday evenings and weekends. She is a Realtor dream come true & I will use her if we ever purchase another home in the future.
