I’m so grateful to have found Silvia! Silvia was professional, honest, kind, patient, and very experienced. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we really needed someone we could trust to walk us through the process. Silvia was WONDERFUL! She took the time to explain every step of the process and always made herself available for any questions. She was prompt in all her communication and very thorough. At one point she met with us at 8pm on Sunday after we put our baby to sleep because it was the only time my husband and I were both free. The most important thing to know about her is she really cares about the clients and families she’s working with and she goes above and beyond. I always knew she had our best interests in mind. She never pressured us and she always gave her honest opinion. We were in a multiple offer situation and she was very strategic in walking us through a few different options. Ultimately, her guidance got our offer accepted in the location we wanted and still within our budget! She did really well negotiating for us and we ended up getting credit for a few of the repairs. She thinks ahead and she’s strategic, which I really appreciated. Even after closing, Silvia was still so helpful! She got us in contact with someone who could begin doing some work on the house! I would 100% work with Silvia again and I would recommend her to any friend! She was such a pleasure to work with!

This woman is absolutely remarkable! Being cautious people, we do not usually trust others so easily, but from the moment we met Silvia she was genuinely kind, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We thought we had done enough research to know almost everything about buying a home, but she has years of experience and helped us learn so much. Her honesty is something we really admire too. Selling homes isn’t all about the money to her; if a property has any issues or just doesn’t seem to be a right fit, she will respectfully let you know. It is very obvious she loves what she does (she’s even told us many times!) and wants her clients to be overjoyed with their new home, and I think that’s a huge part of why she’s so amazing at real estate! Everyone we’ve met throughout our home buying process who knows Silvia has agreed she’s incredible, not only as a real estate agent, but as an individual. She’s such a lovely, hard working person, and she ALWAYS makes herself available to her clients- no “business hours” like many other agents. Plus, she’s ALWAYS on top of her game. All you have to do is ask, and she will not stop working until you get what you want. Believe us, she will get it done! Without Silvia, we would not be the proud owners of our new dream home. We had searched online for years with no luck prior to meeting her, and she was able to find us a perfect home within our budget just months after meeting her. She went above and beyond to find us a home that not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. Honestly, it feels as if she’s become part of our family with everything she has done for us. We cannot recommend her enough!
