Ali is a phenomenal realtor who helped us with the tricky dance of buying a condo in Sherman Oaks while selling our previous home in another city. When we started our new home search, we were not too familiar with LA neighborhoods. Ali provided us with professional, knowledgeable, above and beyond help from start to finish! First, Ali took time to ask us about our needs: what kind of neighborhood vibe we wanted to live in, walkability, commute times to work, school districts, preferred architecture style, and desired amenities. She shared her expert local knowledge of neighborhoods to narrow our search. When we travelled to LA for showings, she helped us pack the day with properties to check out so we could see as much as possible during our visits. In-between visits, Ali would visit properties we were interested in and send us videos showcasing their pros and cons – these videos were so helpful for finding our new home without the ability to be in LA and see properties as they went on the market. Ali’s negotiation skills, professionalism, and strategic thinking helped us make a successful offer on a condo and close quickly – all while prioritizing and protecting our interests. She was incredibly responsive over phone/text/email throughout the process.
