Harvey is the best realtor! As first time homebuyers, he walked my husband and I through the entire process. I came to Harvey looking for help with three transactions with the goal of having them completed in a short time frame of each other: buying a new home, finding someone to rent my existing home, and helping find a new tenant to take over an existing rental. Harvey was absolutely outstanding in exceeding my expectations for all three of these things. Harvey is the consummate professional and made buying my new home seamless and stress free. He was always available for showings and had me in the door practically first for every home he or I identified. He then helped ensure my offer was accepted by helping me pick the exact right price by making me comfortable with comps in the area. After my offer was accepted, he then assisted in every step to get me to closing of being there for inspections, termites, tenting, and ensuring we fought for the right set of changes that needed to be made after inspection. This was also at a time of volatility in the market, and he understood the time pressure that all parties faced at that time to ensure a successful purchase—but he made me so comfortable with everything, I was never nervous. Even after the purchase, Harvey still answered questions I had, and even one night when a sprinkler broke, came over immediately to help me find all the right water cut offs for the home. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe how impressed I am with his work ethic and knowledge of real estate, the market, and neighborhoods in Orange County. For my two other transactions related to helping with existing rentals, Harvey took care of everything (again this is at the same exact time of helping me buy the new home!). He found the right photographer to make the two homes look amazing. He then found the right cleaners to make the properties look amazing, and was at each property every step of the way for showings and through signing. He found two amazing people who would enjoy their new homes and that met all the needs I had of being the owner. He exceeded my expectations in finding renters at higher price points and on better terms than I would have imagined.
