We just purchased a new home and worked with Alex Lee and the Capital Management Realty team. We were buying during the mad height rush in Spring 2022 and it took more than 4 months from the initial viewing of the house to actual purchase and Alex walked with us through the entire process (in addition to multiple offer submissions and viewing many many houses prior to the home we ended up purchasing). Alex truly went above and beyond to help us purchase a home at a reasonable price (crazy feat nowadays) and help us renovate it into a beautiful home during the escrow process so that there would be minimal work needed once we moved in. We're also working with Alex to sell the previous home he helped us purchase so he's definitely someone we trust and would work with in the future. I would like to start off by saying me and my family are more than grateful and excited for this new chapter in our lives thanks to Alex and all his patience with helping us find our perfect forever home. Not only has Alex been more than kind and caring throughout the entire process , but Alex made the process much less stressful and had a great understanding of the exact type of home my family needed, down to every small detailed request which is extremely appreciated. What we expected to be a long waiting process , only took 3/4 months until Alex hunted down our dream home! Finally my husband and daughter and I are settled down and all moved in to our new home and we couldn't be more excited for all the memories to come! Alex Lee and everyone behind the scenes at Capital management went above and beyond, Made the whole home buying experience very easy. Alex Lee in particular showed true professionalism and class. Erica also worked very hard behind the scenes to get all the documents needed in time. No stone unturned. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home.
