Honestly, I don’t post many reviews of anything but this review is worth the time and effort. It is an understatement to say Mario and his team will not do whatever it takes to help their clients. My wife and I met Mario through a referral from a friend and from the moment we met him, he was straight forward but more importantly he was sincere. I’ve been around folks that talk the talk but when it comes to walking the walk they disappear. NOT the case with Mario. There was genuine care and interest on his part which for my wife and I, it really mattered. We felt heard, and most of all understood in our hopes/dreams of owning a home. This was our first home purchase and we were nervous, intimidated, and just looking for someone to help us navigate the craziness that is home buying. Enter Mario and Yesika and they were phenomenal. Mario laid out each step of the process, was receptive to feedback and was always available. I’m not joking when I say always available. Due to our work schedules, to arrange for viewings/meetings was nothing short of a fine balancing act. Mario and his team did just that, accommodating to our schedule with ease and grace. He answered phone calls at all hours of the day and communicated with us regularly. Yesika was great with giving us the brass tax as far as numbers and she wasn’t trying to nickel and dime us. She found us the most competitive rate we could find even against our own credit union. She explained every detail with us. If we didn’t understand something she explained it; she handled every hypothetical we threw at her and even would present her own perceived challenges for us to consider. She helped us calm our nerves and work through the paperwork/loan side with great ease. At the end of the day, we could probably write and rant about Mario and his team to the point of nausea but we won’t do that here. Suffice to say, Mario and his team were excellent. Top tier professionals dedicated to their clients. They were purposeful in their approach, to ensure our needs were met in the most professional and caring way possible. His team made our dream a reality. He and his team fought for us. Mario is a class act and we will be coming back to Mario and his team when we look to find investment properties in the future. For now we are going to focus on our dream home… a reality made possible because of the hard work and dedication of Mario and his entire team!
