We are out of state buyers, and with Paul's help, we just bought a second home just outside Yucca Valley. We had an excellent experience working with Paul. I found him on Google after reading other positive reviews like this one. When I first cold-called him from google, I fully expected to get sent to voicemail, but instead Paul picked up immediately and we had a long and detailed chat. He followed up immediately with a list of properties. I know Paul has many other clients, but it felt like we were the only ones. He answered all our texts, calls, and questions fast, and he kept a steady flow of interesting properties coming our way. In the end, after making three offers on three different properties, Paul helped us find and close on a home that we're very happy with. In the closing process, we found some old permitting and land-use issues dating back to the 1960s that nearly derailed the transaction. Paul used his deep knowledge of the area, and his extensive network of contacts, to work with the sellers, the city, and the county, to get the permitting issues resolved to our satisfaction. When the deal closed, he also introduced us to a bunch of local contractors who are now getting started on painting, HVAC, renovation, excavation, landscaping, and house cleaning work. Paul went way above and beyond the level of service and expertise I would normally expect from an agent. I recommend him enthusiastically to any buyer, especially anyone (like us) who's looking for a second home. He's the first person I would call for real estate help in the area, whether buying or selling.

Paul was Awesome! He communicated very well, and even jumped in to help the buyers find a new Lender since Navy Fed wasn’t doing their job. He stayed on top of things, and made sure both parties were satisfied! I would highly recommend using Paul for all of your real estate needs!
