She was always available to answer my questions, explain every step, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision along the way. What really stood out was how hard she advocated for me. She fought to make sure I got everything I needed and always had my best interests in mind. Her negotiation skills, attention to detail, and dedication gave me confidence throughout the process. Communication was excellent the whole way through—I always knew what was going on and never felt left in the dark. If you’re looking for a realtor and team that genuinely care about their clients, work hard on your behalf, and go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Nancy and her team enough. The home we purchased involved incredibly challenging negotiations and pushback from the seller/seller’s agent. Nancy was incredible professional throughout what was a very mentally and emotionally exhausting experience and kept our best interest at the forefront as she worked with the seller’s agent to get us across the finish line. Her frequent and thorough communication, attention to detail and contract knowledge gave us the extra assurance we needed in a difficult purchasing situation and resulted in us buying the home we fell in love with. We are incredibly happy to be in our new home and we could not have done it without Nancy!

I very highly recommend Nancy as a realtor! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our dream home. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, and hand-picked homes that she felt would be a good fit. She also made herself actively available throughout the week so that we could visit houses according to our schedule. When we entered escrow, Nancy helped us greatly with negotiations and examining the quality of the home. She even helped us find contractors to work with after we closed on our home!
