I had a very positive experience working with Ruben Muro and his team to prepare and market our home for sale. From the beginning, Ruben and his team was professional, organized, and thorough. He explained his Certified Pre-Owned Home process, arranged the inspections, and created a clear plan to help our home stand out. We were also very impressed with the Strategic Open House and the way Ruben communicated with us throughout the process. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected family situation, we had to postpone the sale and take the home off the market. He was understanding, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about our family. That meant a lot to us. We believe in Ruben's process, we have been very happy with the way he handled everything, and we will definitely use him when the time comes to sell or buy. Ruben Muro, Corona has been an absolutely awesome real estate agent for us. From the get-go he was very clear as to what he was prepared to do for us. He never let us down. From the beginning, he helped us understand the importance of doing the home inspection early on and getting as much done as possible to have the house ready for sale. He also brought in someone to help Us know what we needed to do to stage our home appropriately. In the long run, everything he presented to us paid off. We held our open house on a Saturday, and had an offer on the house 7 Days later. We were hoping to sell our home quickly, and boy did we. Let me start off by saying that Ruben Muro and David Barrios are the BEST in the business. Owning a home has always been my dream, that felt like it was so unattainable. I was referred to Ruben MANY years ago, and when we finally felt ready to make the leap we met with him at his office. Leaving the office that day in March we felt inspired and ready to find a home! The next week we met his partner David and started viewing homes! David and Ruben were so communicative and attentive, and answered ALL of our questions. We have learned so much about real estate and never felt discouraged at all through this process. I have heard nightmares of home buying in 2026, but this process was a DREAM. We got our keys yesterday May 6, 2026. 2 months later we are in our dream home thanks to David and Ruben. David showed up and decorated our home to make our key receiving process so special. Thank you, David for going to all of the showings and being so kind and answering all of our questions. Thank you, Ruben for negotiating all of our deals and never steering us in the wrong direction.
