Amy and Jennifer are excellent!! I had the opportunity to work with this dynamic duo in events as well as a transaction for a very unique buyer. Despite him being new to the area they got him properties specific to his eclectic needs in a location walking distance to downtown San Clemente and the pier! The biggest hurdle was discovering that the seller neglected to pipe an entire bathroom during construction!! Could you imagine! But, they persevered, negotiated with the seller and got the home up to speck within the original close date! The client still raves about them today!
