Perry and Linda exceeded our expectations from the moment we first met them. My husband and I purchased our first home with Perry and Linda. They took so much of his their time explaining each neighborhood in the Conejo Valley and including individual details about homes. Perry even ran after the listing agent to introduce himself while she was driving away from an open house (to our now home). They both always put their clients needs first. They also helped us with our rental property and placed us with 5 Star tenants. All of the processes where clean and easy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about these two, we just love them. You don’t find agents like them everyday.

I am confused by an earlier review, because that is not the Real Estate team we have experienced. In fact, at the time we first met, he was moving from banking into real estate. Perry has an excellent reputation in the community, with many loyal friends and satisfied clients. In addition to enjoying our personal friendship over the years, our family members have purchased five homes with his professional expertise and guidance. Some of Perry’s strongest assets are his honesty, and his goal to educate and inform his clients, as he’s always eager to share his professional knowledge. He knows his community well, and before Next Door came into existence, we frequently called Perry for recommendations when we needed a plumber, an electrician, a contractor, a trust attorney, and even an exterminator. They all proved to be excellent contacts. If we were in the market to buy or sell real estate at this time, we would definitely turn to Perry Abourisk.
