My husband and I were thinking about selling our house for some time now. We've noticed Jeff Litton's billboards around town, so decided to give him a call. We liked that he grew up in the area, because we figured he really knew a lot about the market. We sat down with Jeff and he really does have a lot of knowledge of the Desert. He has been in the business a lot longer than I thought and he really listened to us as well as offered tips. We hired him and he did a wonderful job, keeping us informed along the way. He also responds quick. This guy really knows his stuff and how to sell a property in the desert. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jeff is very professional and honest individual. I was so happy that he handled our real estate transaction without any problem. I will highly recommend him.

I bought a condo from one of Jeff's clients and I was very upset with how the transaction ended. Once Escrow ended I was left with a non functioning gate code, no pool code or mail box keys. After a month of trying to get the information from HOA and keys from the previous owner I finally heard back and was notified the mail box keys were lost and I would not be receiving them. To me this is extremely unprofessional and uncaring. Now I have to go to post office and request new key when I need to access my mail box like yesterday. I'm not one to leave reviews. I write this in hopes that someone else does not have this experience. Huge disappointment on both buyer and seller realtor.

I recently had Jeff as the seller agent. Jeff went the extra mile on every turn to do what was best for me. When we ran into road blocks, Jeff again spent hours of his time to resolve them. Could have not asked for more. Thank you Jeff!
