Unfortunately my experience with Brielle Bacal was very negative. After renting a property where she was listed as the landlord's representative, we encountered serious issues at the end of the lease. Despite leaving the apartment in good condition and providing full documentation, our security deposit was never returned. Attempts to resolve the matter with Ms. Bacal were unsuccessful. She distances herself from responsibility in spite of received monthly payment on personal account, but refused any information. The process felt deliberately evasive. What's even more troubling is that agent who originally handled the lease latter admitted that this wasn't the first time tenants had trouble getting their deposit back in similar circumstances. I would advice others to proceed with great caution entering into any rental agreement involving her.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this person. My experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional. After leasing a property under her name as the representative agent of Taylor Tsror Trust, she refused to return our security deposit without valid reason. We fulfilled all our obligations under the lease, and documented the apartment’s condition thoroughly, she personally accepted the property and keys on vacation. — yet she made false claims to justify withholding our money. What’s worse, she now refuses to communicate with us, claiming she’s not responsible and threatening to report us if we reach out again. This behavior is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability. Even the realtor who signed the lease on her behalf later told us that pervious tenants had also been denied their security deposit. That speaks volumes. If you are considering renting a property where she is involved — I urge you to think twice. Our experience suggests that your money may not be safe.

We contacted Brielle after she sold our friends house at an incredible price and in a weekend. She was incredibly prompt to respond and came to see our house the very next day. From there things moved very quickly, guiding us every step of the way. We are very happy with the work that Brielle and her team did. She is always extremely responsive and is an expert.
