This is the second time we have worked with Christian to help us sell a house. The first time he helped sell our house; this time he helped my parents sell their home and he made the whole process quick and painless. He was extremely patient with answering all of my elderly parents’ questions and explained the whole process in a way that helped them understand what was happening. He was able to accommodate our situation and hold meetings via Zoom and do everything digitally since we were no longer living in the area. He has an excellent understanding of the industry and is honest, transparent, and personable, yet professional.

I couldn't praise Christian enough for his outstanding support he provided with my first home purchase. It was a long journey in completing this, primarily because of how particular I was in my selection. Despite that, Christian remained supportive and patient throughout this entire process. Wanted someone that would be personable and treat us fairly, not like another paycheck. Christian did that and always went above and beyond during the entire process. Christian makes sure the process is streamlined and makes you feel like a friend throughout the process. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in knowing you fully understand and feel comfortable at all stages. Christian took the time to review all the documents and explain them in detail. He answered all of our questions even when they were repeat questions. He was present for all the inspections and walked us through the entire process. Christian is hands down the best. Dealing with him, and his associates, was a breath of fresh air in this industry. He takes pride in knowing he provided a clear and honest service. I have heard horror stories about the process of purchasing a new home and Christian was the complete opposite. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, has great integrity and above all makes you his priority throughout the entire process. We would’ve never trusted anyone else with our first home purchase. Christian and his associates are #1 in our opinion and will always be highly recommended.
