He had experience and sold properties in the same area before, and so he was able to recommend an initial selling price and recommendations throughout the negotiations. He advertised the property for sale, showed the property to his clients, and I was given an acceptable offer. Communication with Marlon was through snail mail, email, text messages, and formal documents were e-signed. Thank you for the opportunity, effort, persistence, and dedication!
