Kris Lastition is not only an amazing realtor, but also a wonderful person. After my daughter left for college, I was free to move to a place near the ocean, but I didn't know anyone outside of Silver Lake, where I had lived for two decades. I met Kris at an open house, and found her to be completely knowledgeable about the area in which I was looking. After listening to my needs, she suggested a few places and outlined the benefits of each place. After a few showings of potential residences, she suggested I look at a condominium in Fusion that was just in my price range and promised to be a great investment because of its potential appreciation. Kris set up a showing, and I was wowed by the place. That night she wrote up my offer, and because there was competition, she shepherded me through the whole process. The seller's broker found her to be so easy to work with and so knowledgeable that she got me the inside track. She negotiated the perfect deal for me, then set up all of the inspections, Kris was there for me every step of the way. When it came to securing a loan, she helped me find just the right people to make that happen as well. I got a loan at the lowest possible rate and a home that I am thrilled to own. I have bought several houses, yet she made this the easiest, most pleasant process I have ever experienced. She even helped me with a decorator, painters and a handyman that I still use when I want to make my place even more beautiful. I am really grateful for her help. Every time I walk into my place, I am so happy to be home, especially through this pandemic. It is just the place I wanted to live in: a great neighborhood, good neighbors, excellent amenities. Without Kris's help I don't think I could have found such a great place. She's just the best.
