I Recently had the privilige of working with Heather on a real estate purchase, where Heather was the listing agent and we were the buyers home lender. Let me tell you she was on top of everything, from start to finish all documents needed were supplied correctly and in a timely manner, which unfortunately is not the norm, in our industry, as a whole. Because of her professionalism and work ethic we were able to close considerably sooner than our original close of escrow date, which everyone appreciated. In 2018 we purchased our “dream home” with the help of a realtor who did not have our best interest at heart. This house was riddled with mold and it quickly became a nightmare. We met Heather in 2019, and with the help & guidance of the Strive team we were able to sell that bad investment for a profit. Fast forward to 2021, we were ready to jump back in but only if it was safe, affordable, and a place where we could finally call home. COVID happened, and with that came the housing frenzy, and we were priced out of the market. Finally in the summer of 2025 we locked in and signed a contract for a new build. Heather walked us through the process and provide a service that a builder would never. She was able to keep lines of communication open and had our back. Unforeseen circumstances and less than desirable factors happened but Heather never let us give up hope. We couldn’t have made this leap without the help and support of Heather throughout the years.
