I have known Rebecca for several years, as a friend and as an agent. I shared with Rebecca over a year ago, my husband and My dream of living in a mid century modern home. We found one a year ago, asked her to get us in for a tour... and within a couple days we had toured the home, and met with her to discuss putting our house on the market in order to get the deal. And... after some consideration we knew that that house was not the one... BUT, we got to work completing the items that Rebecca mentioned would be the "deal makers" in our home. Her careful eye for detail and experience in the real estate industry, let alone the Conejo Valley... her eyes know what will sell the house and what will be deal breakers. So we got to work... completing the things that we knew would make our home amazing for US to live in, should we choose to stay, but also, great when the time came for selling, should that time arise. Low and behold... about 5 weeks ago, she sent me a listing that couldn't have been more perfect. I forwarded to my husband... he said "let's see it!" So we did... and within a few minutes of walking through, we knew this was the one. Rebecca helped us put together an offer we knew was a good offer, one that honored the home, but one we could actually make work financially. After a couple back and forths, our offer ended up being the winning offer, and we were rocking and rolling to sell our house... here is where the nerves kicked in... Because once you find your dream house, and you know you CAN have it... it was this last piece that, if it didn't work, we wouldn't have been able to move forward. Again, here's where Rebecca's strategy is top-flight. There was a number my husband and I had in our head, what we wanted to receive for the home. But there was also reality and Rebecca's experience. The goal, to price the house smartly, and highlight the features in the house that were going to sell the house. We wanted people to get through the doors and see the beautiful spaces we had created in our home... and we needed to get as many people opening weekend. Husband and I took on all the assignments Rebecca gave us so the house would be ready for Open House, and we worked some magic with a full family visiting us from overseas to get it done... We priced the house with a smart price... once that would be VALUE packed considering everything the house had going for it... solar, new floors, huge bi-fold doors...etc. And we got 6 competing offers, and ended up selling the house with a 20 day escrow and 100k over asking!! Where many houses in our neighborhood have been sitting on the market for 6-8+ months... ours is fortunate enough to have a new amazing family taking over our little spot of heaven on earth. We couldn't have been MORE thrilled with Rebecca's handling of all the things that there are to handle in transactions like this. I recommend Rebecca, but only if you want your dreams to come true. :-)

Rebecca is not only passionate, but also hard-working. She looks at every detail, goes above and beyond with her communication, and responds promptly. In addition, she's constantly looking for ways to bring more value to her clients. Having worked with multiple real estate agents before meeting Rebecca, I know that she truly cares and has my best interests in mind.
