We were unfamiliar with the area and had a hard time finding various trustworthy contractors to help us with some fixes and he referred us to quality people that we will now use if needed in years to come. Not only did he accommodate all our requests pertaining to the house, but he also made our new area feel like a home- showing us a delicious local dining spot that we went to on our first night and have been back to 3x already!
