Working with Jess Guidroz to sell our home was one of the best decisions we could’ve possibly made. When my husband and I got pregnant with our second child, we knew our current space was just not going to be enough for our growing family soooo we thought hmm, let’s check out a few places and see what’s out there. As a family of salesmen were generally pretty good at picking up on ingenuity or the “grimey” feeling that comes within the sales process—- with Jess, NEVER did we feel that way. He’s an all around fantastic realtor, and a real stand up guy. The best. So glad we used him to sell our home. He is also helping us purchase. Jess always has time for you. He always answers and returns calls promptly. I have called numerous times (all day at times and all hours!) and every time he is so comforting in times of 'sweat'. He knows his market and very good at his trade.
