Reviews are not given, they are earned. My family came to Mr. Carrillo to help us with selling our home and purchasing a new home. He sold our home pretty quick, he even rushed my family to move out of the house for the convince of the new owner. After the house was sold my family didnt hear much from him. If we enquired about looking at new houses, for a short period of time he would send a helper of his to show us a few houses then we stopped. Mr. Carrillo insisted the market was too high at the moment and for us to wait, keep renting for now. Mr. Carrillo then reached out to borrow money, my father felt bad and wanted to lend a helping hand. So my Dad lend Mr. Carrillo $14,000, which was his requested amount and he said he was going to pay with interest.... three years later and Mr. Carrillo has not paid back nor has he helped my family find a new home. I dont know if he has done this to others but I felt it was important to share incase he does this to his customers after selling thier home, (he know they have money and makes falls promises to borrow and he'll pay back with interest). Please dont lend this man your hard earned money, he wont pay back.
