I met Barbara about 4 years ago at a open house down the street from me. I wish i would have met her 2 years before that as I purchased my first property and wasn't so happy with another agent at the time. Since my introduction to Barbara at the open house, she kept in contact with me every few months. In early 2019, I had this crazy idea to buy a income property and Barb was definitely the agent I had in mind to represent my wife and I. Barb had various connections in the neighborhood and when we found the property we liked, she was "johnny-on-the-spot" when it came to being responsive and negotiating for "our team". We ended up buying an off-market property where the seller/investor was very difficult to deal with but Barb was right next to our side every minute. At any time (yes, we even had phone calls late into the night) she was representing my wife and I, dealing with the bank, title company, seller, contractors, etc. She was there representing my wife and I, when we couldn't be there due to my travel schedule, and was there late nights at the property even just for emotional support! Even after the purchase of the home, she continually checks up on us to ensure as new home owners and landlords we have the tools, knowledge, and support to be successful in everything we do. I consider her now a part of the family, if don't choose Barb, you're missing out on an experience! Shes fun, hip, and has a great attitude at all times.

Barbara is one of the most honest forthright agents I have worked with. She has been working in real estate for many years. She is knowledgeable, a fierce negotiator and will always go to bat for her clients.
