Mark and Janice were a pleasure to work with! My husband and I were not easy. We were looking for a home for our retirement years and we were very picky. Plus selling our family home after raising our the children was very emotional. Janice worked with us showing us everything that met our wants for months until we decided on a community we wanted to live in. After 9 months of looking Janice was always a delight, thorough and patient! When a home finally came up for sale she worked through coordinating the sell of our house and the purchase of our new home. During the Holidays 2024!
