My wife and I used Joe to help us find a vacation home in Big Bear and he was a fantastic resource through the entire process. He was highly responsive and always willing to go preview homes for us at a moments notice. We ended up purchasing a home that was under construction and would be a long escrow while it was being built. Joe helped us through over a year of escrow and acted as our eyes on the grounds. He was responsive and highly communicative through the whole process. Joe is also just a really nice person and pleasant to work with, which made things all the better.
