“We would like to share our experience of purchasing our home with our agent Steve Davis. We’ve lived in the house for 2 months now and couldn’t be happier. Steve has the excellent eyes finding properties and knows exactly what to do, the process was very smooth and our offer was accepted just like that with less than 20% down in one of the most competitive time!!!! (In a great neighborhood with at least $ 50k equity in the house) It was already a great deal to start with but Steve negotiated and the seller ended up giving us $15000 credit. He contacted the seller agent everyday and built a great relationship with them to move the deal forward for us. Our offer was accepted on 2/26/2020 and closed on 4/3/2020 but we were already living the house by 3/30/2020. The seller let us move in before closing date so we don’t have to pay rent on 4/1 for the previous place we lived. This was possible because Steve constantly communicated with the seller and built the relationship so the seller was comfortable considering our situation. He really cares for his clients and was there for us from finding a perfect home to even after closing the deal. He is not only an excellent, smart, knowledgeable agent but a great human being. Our concerns finding our house were his concerns, he was excited and happy just like us when we moved in to the house. It was a beautiful experience purchasing our dream home with the help of Steve. If anyone looking to buy a house, I highly recommend Steve!
