Kathy is a true pro! I found her on Realtor.com. She had impressive reviews and she lived up to them. My 85-year old mom had to sell a "tough" piece of property. Kathy got the property under contract within about 4 days and we closed escrow in about 3 weeks. She calls you back promptly and does what she says she is going to do. Moreover, she is very nice and mom loved her. Can't beat that. We will use her again for our next sale.
