Extremely rude! My friend helped my sister got in contact with the agent to rent a house in Irvine last October, the process of renting the Propety went smoothly however the landlord notified us to sell in February. Now we are having some problem with the current listing agent in regards of showing time. Isn’t reasonable for us to go back to the agent who helped with renting the house first for inquiries?! Yang pretty much told us once the lease is signed, she has no responsibility, ok, we respect that, btw, this is not a good business practice because if she could have been more helpful, then my sister would have used her for her recent purchase of house. The thing that really make me feel sympathetic about her is that she, not only has bad customer service but also extremely rude. She pointed out that she can talk to my sister and I said of course if she needs my sister to be on the call with us, I’m more than happy to do that or have my sister give me authorization because my sister is fresh out of boat and feels more comfortable when I ask the question. When I was leaving these messages to communicate with her, she simply said she is too busy to listen to my voice message. I wish Yang Zheng a long prosperous real estate business with her extremely short vision. LOL
