Clearly cared about the sale, and not being an advocate. -Communication is incredibly bad. Chis Zastrow would talk to my wife or the inspector about what I had called her about instead of me. -Then there was the repairs fiasco. We asked for 2 things to be fixed and Chis assured us these things would be fixed but they never were. First it was the exterior work. Chis kept say she was 99% sure the seller would fix the problem, until the seller had no money to fix the problem. Chis stated that she knows a guy who can fix it for $1,500. I asked for they guy's quote and contact information and Chis Zastrow still hasn't given it to me. I finally gave up and decided to find my own contractor. -The second was the electrical issue. It took her forever to get back with us in the issue and she assured us again that things were repaired, and they weren't. We actually had to refuse to close until Chris got someone out there to have the repairs done. -I do not recommend working with (Chris Zastrow). She's extremely condescending and rude. She was literally a nightmare to work with. She is extremely unprofessional.
