There is nothing I hate more than dishonest businesses. I've been grieving a loss and going through a lot. Today I get an envelope that says open immediately and another one from the same company saying final notice. Of course I'm paying it because I've been missing a lot of things. I just had to pay $300 to the DMV as a fine because I miss my renewal. It's just spam. They were both just banned for this realty company. Don't play games with people. I don't owe you anything. There's no final notice. There's no open immediately. There's no urgency. You're just trying to buy my house which I'm not even selling. I will never sell. A company that will be this dishonest with something as simple as spam is not going to be honest with you. Be very wary.
