Jeannie Thompson is the best Realtor I have ever used. I have lived in 3 countries and bought and sold 11 houses for my family, both locally and through relocation. I am now a senior citizen. She also worked closely with my children to keep them in the loop and hear their points of view. My last sale was my toughest emotionally, and she worked with me to simplify every step of the way...Getting the house ready, advising on presentation for the best return, and pricing. All Jeannie’s contractors were top notch: affordable, easy to work with and reliable. The house looked wonderful! Her skillful marketing and market assessment resulted in a sale in 2 days, multiple offers in the teens and almost 10% over list! I cannot thank her enough for her care and concern for my wellbeing throughout. We made a great team and I will always count her as my friend. Thank you Jeannie!

What can I say... being a first-time home buyer can be a lot of things. Namely stressful and maybe even a little scary. My home buying experience with Jeannie made it seem like a walk in the park. I'm not from San Diego, so having someone who knows San Diego so well was incredibly helpful. She made showings fun, even in the middle of pandemic when we couldn't interact the way we wanted to. She followed safety guidelines incredibly well, and provided her own expertise when we were trying to decide on a property. She worked with the seller's agent, my lender and everyone else in the process to make sure I didn't have to do much except make sure I was happy. I appreciated her humor, responsiveness and just overall positivity. I would recommend her to any first time buyer, or anyone in general. I'm in love with my new home, and I'm so happy she made sure we acted quickly and ensured I won in a competitive market. She's got an eye for luxury, but understands her buyer's budget and needs. It's a great combination!

Jeannie Thompson was unbelievably helpful in finding us exactly the right San Diego house. Though we were based 500+ miles out of town, she maintained close contact with us through phone calls, emails, and texts, keeping us informed of progress in our search and responding to questions promptly.
