Five stars is inadequate to indicate our pleasure and satisfaction with the service provided by Ms Miller acting as our realtor. After a prior experience where we felt a lack of enthusiasm about our home, we turned to Kendra. We were aware that her clients were clustered around our neighborhood, Belmont Shore, and had noticed recently sold homes very nearby with her logo sign out front. Kendra come to our home, did a through inspection and proceeded to outline areas of strength and areas of concern. She provided advice as to setting a sales price using sales data from similar homes in our area. Several issues needed to be addressed to make our home salable and Kendra drew on her vast network of service providers. Ductwork, plumbing, electrical, etc were all done by experienced professionals at costs we would not have been able to achieve by ourselves. Most importantly, Kendra made sure that full disclosure was given to our eventual buyers. Hardworking, ethical, Kendra more than earned her commission. She has our sincere thanks and appreciation. Only regret, we have no further need for her excellent services.
