Mike Gardner was amazing in helping us purchase our new home in Point Dume. We're ex-pat British and were new to the buying process here in the US, Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the transaction showing high degrees of conscientiousness and a grasp of the technological developments for real estate that are way beyond house buying in the UK, digitally signing documents and his regular email updates were cornerstones of the service Mike offered. He also clearly has an incredible relationship with other realtors in Malibu and secured us a very desirable property for an incredible price. I really can't recommend him highly enough.

Mike helped us find a high end home to rent in Malibu. He was extremely knowledgable about the area and what neighborhoods would suit our needs. He was quick to respond to questions and made himself available to our busy schedule. His focus is all about customer service and we'd recommend him for any transaction in Malibu.

When my wife and I started our search for a home in Southern California (leaving the Big Apple after 7 years), we did some searching on Zillow for properties between Marina del Rey, Santa Monica and Malibu. We contacted Mike about a short-sale/foreclosure in the Malibu area, but were not impressed by the complex. After meeting with Mike, and describing what we were looking for, he was very responsive and knowledgeable and helped us focus our search on the neighborhoods that matched our requirements.
