This process was, in my head, going to be super scary and frustrating. Brian made this so much easier than I expected. My husband and I enjoyed working with Brian. He went above and beyond. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, even on the weekends! He has pride in his work and it shows. He is very friendly on a personal level and he cared a lot. He was able to find us a home in record time. He negotiated the best terms and made it possible for us to have a home. I am forever grateful for Brian and will be recommending him to anyone who listens!!!! I would use him again if needed!

It was a pleasure working with Brian Cooper, I was late to one of the inspection, and he waited 1 extra hour for me, when I arrived all I saw was his smile, and did not even mention it I was late, he knows the circumstances we appraiser get involve and he understood and helped me through out inspection process, he made me feel very comfortable and he was very helpful, I will recommend him.
