I, generally, am not a fan of landlords, and I am certainly not someone that one would expect to leave a positive review of one; HOWEVER, Jack Cheng was genuinely the best landlord I have had. I rented one of his properties for two years when I moved to Madison and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. My apartment was incredibly affordable and whenever I had a problem, Jack or his team would respond promptly. When I was in the process of adopting my dog and the organization required communication with my landlord, Jack responded quickly and was happy to help. I recently moved to a new apartment because of the proximity to my job and I am truly sad not to have Jack managing the property. I cannot speak more highly of a landlord from whom I have rented.

Choosing to work with Jack and Brad from Cheng Real Estate Group to buy our first rental property in Dane County was the best decision we made in the entire process. Jack is well-informed, knowledgeable, and a thorough professional, always providing the answers and perspectives we needed. Our journey from offer acceptance to closing was lengthy, but both Brad and Jack guided, helped, and advised us at every step. Their expertise and dedication ensured we felt confident and well-supported throughout the entire process. When unforeseen issues arose with our initial lender, Jack promptly introduced us to a local lender who offered excellent terms, even in this high-interest-rate market. With this group, you will be in good hands. We highly recommend Cheng Real Estate Group to anyone looking to buy or invest in property. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to their clients are truly commendable.

Jack and his team are without a doubt the best real estate group in Madison. My wife and I rented from the Cheng Group for 2 years before choosing them to help us purchase our first home. Since then we have recommended them to everyone who we know looking to buy a house. During our time renting we saw first hand the integrity this company has and the genuine care for the people they are interacting with. When we were able to start looking for our first home purchase, they went to great lengths to help us every step of the way and I felt like and old pro by the end of the process. Jack and his team are never pushy (we saw over 20 houses before finding one we wanted to even offer on) and only give you the information you need to help YOU make decisions about your house. Not only that, when we thought we loved a house Jack helped us really think through if the house was right for us. He had listened the entire time we were looking at houses and saw that we smitten by a few cosmetic things that in the end wouldn't have made us truly happy in the house. And once we decided to put an offer in, Jack and his team showed every bit of their acumen and talent for the real estate business. I truly believe the way Jack wrote our offer was a big reason we got the house. And when we sold the house, Jack and his team once again helped us every step of the way and were able to help us sell our house for over our target price. I have found my Realtor for life ( a big moment I know) and I hope you will choose Cheng Rea Estate Group. I promise you won't regret it.
