Jo Ann was my landlord for the last 4 years. From beginning to end, Jo Ann has always been honest, dependable, helpful, and fair. She truly cares about her tenants as individuals and I found her to be very understanding and trustworthy time after time. She was polite and always treated me with a great deal of respect.

A friend of mine who owns rentals highly recommended Jo Ann to me when I needed to sell a rental triplex 5 months after my husband’s death. With no prior experience in real estate sale, I was apprehensive of what I expected to be a tedious and time-consuming process. In less than 2 months, the escrow was closed on a smooth sale! Jo Ann is a straight shooting professional who is honest and responsive. She is very up-to-date with the current housing market and the regulations/rules for landlords and tenants in the cities and counties she works in. Throughout the entire process, she served as the intermediary between the buyer and me to resolve questions and problems identified to be fixed, always with advice that I found to be fair. About the only work I had to do was research into my rental database on the property to gather some past and present information that the buyer requested through Jo Ann. Beyond that I just wait to read and be updated by Jo Ann’s emails on the progress of things. I will definitely use Jo Ann’s service again.

We rented a home from Jo Ann for 2 years. She was a fantastic landlord. She was fair, responsive, and kind. On one occasion, a problem arose that was small and we could handle. When we mentioned that we took care of it, Jo Ann sent us a thank you note and a check for a dinner out on her as a way to say thank you for being a good tenant. She always went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone.
