My family and I were introduced to Peter Daradics, Century 21 Everest Realty, by two independent sources, both listing him first in their recommendations. My original intent was to interview several agents. However, we were so impressed with Peter’s energy, can-do attitude, experience and his marketing plan, we forewent the other interviews. He is a blessing to my family and we consider him family as well. Our experiences with Peter were phenomenal. If memory serves me, our property had three above-list-price offers BEFORE the property was officially listed, and three more the day the property listed. I attribute this to Peter’s experienced-backed comprehensive marketing plan. In the end, Peter’s marketing netted a 13.5% increase in the sales price for our property. In summary, Peter is the agent you seek to represent you in your real estate needs. He will bring to your table a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise as well as an outstanding team of support personnel to assist you in your real estate transaction. My only regret is that I can only rate him 5/5 stars instead of 100/5. 😁
