I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I felt it was well deserved. My wife and I recently found ourselves in the fortunate position of purchasing a family home in Southern California. Because it involved a family transfer, I wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly from both a legal and tax perspective. I spent weeks researching our options and even paid for a consultation with another real estate group. After that meeting, we were quoted nearly $25,000.00 to facilitate the transaction. While I understand that some situations require a more cautious and complex approach, I was prepared to move forward if that was truly what was necessary.
