We closed escrow yesterday and I would highly recommend Albert if you are looking for an agent to represent you when buying a home. I actually met him at an open house, and from that first conversation I had a strong feeling he was someone who genuinely wanted to help and could guide me through the process. During my home purchase, Albert was extremely responsive and reliable. Whenever I needed him, I could get ahold of him right away. Many times when I asked if he could come by, he would simply say, “I’ll be there in 40 minutes,” even though he lives quite far away. He also kept me updated throughout the entire process and would check in every one or two days to let me know where things stood, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He was always perfectly on time for showings, inspections, and meetings, and very often he even showed up before I did. Albert is efficient, knowledgeable, and always seemed to have an answer whenever questions came up. What I appreciated most is that he is very honest and straightforward, not pushy or salesy at all. He made the whole transaction feel very smooth and well organized from beginning to end. Overall it was a great experience working with him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

I used a different realtor when I bought my previous house, she was not proactive on finding homes and did not explain the house buying process to me very well. My wife and I used Albert and it was a completely different experience. Albert was very proactive on finding us listings to go see, he answered all our phone calls even when they were late in the night. He always made us feel as if we were his most important clients. When we sold our house he took the time to display it well and went above and beyond when taking the pictures and video of it. Albert presented all our offers in a clear and concise manner and made it very easy to understand. When we put an offer in on the house we bought, he kept us updated and continually was in contact with the other realtor which allowed us to get the most up to date information. He gave us great advice when it came to putting offers in as well as when it came to accepting an offer for our home. I would not use any other realtor from my future home purchases and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a realtor to use Albert if they want a proactive, highly educated and informative realtor.
