I don’t know if I can accurately convey the outstanding Customer Service Experience I had while working with Alex Johnson in this box…but hey, here goes. At the beginning Alex took care of everything; planing the marketing and staging process. Followed by detailed cleaning and maintenance work to improve appearance. On his second weekend open house he had an offer. And we accepted!!! Then we got hit by the beuracratic government fees and taxation scheme to collect more from you because you chose to live in an expensive, exclusive community with high standards and they make sure your old house lives up to the newer standards (sewer lateral) ….while taxing you for the privilege of repairing and caring for your old house 🥲 ugh 😩 Alex navigated a 7 month nightmare with the City Building Department and Mayor to sell my house 🏡 for my mother 🧓 and myself. Once he finished with that nightmare and paid all the expenses and taxes, he sold the house in 3 weeks. I could say more but why bother. If you have real estate needs or concerns, Alex can get the job done correctly. I would call upon him again, to sell property for me. Alex is an experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, and hard working real estate professional. He worked with us for a year to buy the perfect home for us on the west side of Santa Cruz. He has an extensive background in real estate both as an agent and personal investor that was very helpful in assisting us to make a fully informed decisions that we felt confident about and getting our deal done.
