My husband and I started working with Pablo very early in our search for our home as he was referred to us by our loan officer at Schools First. Immediately Pablo started helping us in our search for our home by getting to know us personally and what we wanted in a home. He was very active in our search and provided us with regular emails with listings of homes that met our criteria. From those searches we were able to find our home. In the 5 months of our house hunting, Pablo came to every scheduled home viewing and a majority of the open houses we went to. He was very knowledgable about home renovations and repairs and had a great eye to point out things in the homes that may be cause for concern. Pablo truly had our backs in this process and genuinely cared about finding us a home to grow our family in. When "the one" arrived on the market, he was quick to make an appointment for us to view the home, and once we knew it was the one, he quickly sent in our offer which was accepted the next day. The negotiation and escrow processes were smooth and were as stress-free as buying a home could be. Pablo kept in close contact with our bank and escrow and kept us up to date on the process. He was always willing to talk and explain things to us since this was our first home. From day one, Pablo's personality and professionalism made us feel like we were in great hands and confident that we would find our home.
