I have been working with the staff at Ken Scott Real Estate for several years now, and I have had the BEST experience possible. I operate AAA Plumbing Heating AC and these people at Ken Scott Real Estate are always doing maintenance to keep the properties in top shape. The BEST company I have ever done business with.

This company collects application fees with no intention of ever renting their property to anyone. I have been waiting for approval or denial for 2weeks and now they don't answer phone calls. The apartment was also taken down and re-listed to reset the date showing how long it has been posted. This company hustles hard working people out of their money with the hope of somewhere to live. It's pathetic. What this company does is absolutely criminal.

They deal with slumlords. Don’t expect repairs unless consistently reminding for an approximate 2 months. Or reporting to designated organizations. Yes, someone is sent to inspect, and that’s all that’ll be done till further reiterating. Less than 24 hour notices for repairs or etc, and constant need to enter home whilst working. If taken time off to facilitate rental access for repairs, hired handymen arrive well past appointment time or not at all and take pictures just to say I will notify management of this 2-4 times and not make repairs. Micky mouse, temporary repairs with stamp of certified complete repair. Most dwellings not up to code. Unprofessional teetering blame of current and past repairs by various personnel. Stalker, privacy invading, management/personnel.
