If you’re looking for a stress free experience while searching for the cabin of your dreams, we highly recommend Chelsey. My husband and I began our search in the Big Bear area after spending time in several mountain communities, including Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, and Crestline. We initially focused on the western areas (Lake Arrowhead and Runnings Springs), and from the very beginning, Chelsey made the process smooth and enjoyable. She arrived on time for every meeting, was incredibly helpful, and always upfront about the properties we could realistically visit. She was also very accommodating, during one of our tours, we even stopped to see three additional properties that weren’t originally on our list. Throughout the entire process, Chelsey remained informative, patient, and attentive to our needs. Although we didn’t find the right fit in the Lake Arrowhead or Running Springs areas, she gladly scheduled another day of showings in Big Bear Lake and Big Bear City. We found a few homes we liked, but ultimately, her persistence led us to a cabin that was difficult to view because of the tenants. Thanks to her coordination and dedication, we were able to tour the property, connect with the friendly tenants, and eventually purchase our very own cabin. Even during the contingency period, Chelsey stayed actively involved, consistently following up with both the seller and us to ensure everything stayed on track. What stood out most was her honesty and professionalism. If there was ever something she wasn’t certain about, she never guessed or provided misleading information, instead, she took the time to research the answer and consult with colleagues when necessary. Chelsey was a perfect assistant to Simone for our sales experience. She gave us great support to make sure that we always had 7-day-a-week coverage for any eventuality that arose. This is especially important for sellers who don't happen to reside on the mountain. She responded when Simone might have been otherwise engaged.
