Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions one can make. Me and my husband purchased using The Jackson Real Estate Group. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. We purchased at a time where the market was hot, lots of overbidding and could of been frustrating. But the process was smooth. We did everything what was told by Mr. Jackson and found our dream retirement home in a short time. This was our second purchase using Mr. Jackson. We were so pleased my daughter purchased 6 months later using The Jackson Real Estate Group. Definitely will be using their services if needed in the near future.

It was a nightmare to work with Edward Jackson and his clients. I bought a property where Edward was the seller’s agent, not only it was hard for my agent to get calls and text answered by Edward but his clients also didn’t wanted to fix anything of the issues that were marked in the inspection report, not even what was mandatory for the seller to perform, they partially paid for a termite treatment leaving me with a debt of almost $2k for said treatment. Edward lacks professionalism when it comes to communicating with his clients, per the seller statements Edward wasn’t keeping them informed of when to vacate my property after closing escrow, his clients were in breach of contract and he never put pressure on them for them to vacate the property, they also didn’t pay/ reimburse for my hotel stay, despite of my agent requesting Edward to ask his clients to pay for it, i never got an answer from Edward nor his clients. The sellers left the home full of trash and belongings and Edward never once made an appearance to at least apologize for the inconvenience. I suggest to not do any business with The Jackson Real Estate Group, save yourself from the headache.

I patronized The Jackson Real Estate Group, I was extremely impressed by the amount of time Ed Jackson spent explaining the process to me. It was my first time buying a home. Ed was so very personable yet maintained professional throughout my entire purchase. I would definitely recommend everyone to shop with The Jackson Real Estate Group!
