I have worked with Amy for more than 25 years. During this time, she has researched, arranged, managed and guided the purchase and sale of three homes for my wife and me. Buying my first property was very stressful. I was lucky to have Amy Cimetta as my real estate agent. At the outset, Amy created a list of important due dates for the completion of the necessary action items. For each item, even those that technically didn’t involve her participation, she became my coach, ensuring that all due dates were met. Whenever there were any road bumps, she was the first person I went to, even if she wasn’t the point of contact for the issue. EVERY time she researched what needed to be done to push past the problem. After closing, her involvement continued, recommending contractors, decorating suggestions/tips and helping me ease into my new life as a condo owner. Last week, when I was approached for refinancing, I went to her for advice. She discovered that I would incur penalties if I paid off my current loan so quickly. . Amy was my combined real estate agent, psychologist, motivator, problem solver, researcher and friend. She was my liaison to the HOA, mortgage lender, escrow personnel, etc. She’s amazing!!!
