Nicole did an amazing job with the sale of our Playa Del Rey home! She was very communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the sale process. She visited all of the other homes for sale in the neighborhood and did a ton of research, coordinated all of our vendors/ movers, and even helped us clean the place out. We weren't local sellers so she did all the ground work for the property on our behalf. She also kept us up to date on the traction of the house, potential buyers, and her insights about the home after each visit from potential buyers. I loved that she was incredibly transparent about what we should expect during the process and didn't make any unreasonable promises about the sale price up front. Nicole was very honest and was great about calming us through the ups and downs of a home sale. I would highly recommend her!

We bought our first house summer of 2022. My family and I are so grateful with Nicole and all the effort she made to find the right house for our family. We met Nicole through a referral from a close family friend when we were looking to relocate to Ventura County in 2023. Once we located our new house, Nicole was a Godsend, helping us find exceptional help for our loan, home inspections, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, etc. Even after completing the purchase of our home, Nicole has been in touch with us and has helped us with troubleshooting issues and setting up services. We have been impressed by her ongoing commitment to customer care, moral character, and perseverance. Despite working on the sale and purchase of two homes for us in two different counties, she worked tirelessly to stay on top and move our contracts through to completion; we literally put the San Diego house on the market in June, completed the sale in July, and moved into our new home in Ventura County by mid-August.
